With a Bachelor of Physics and a Master of Science, he has led countless successful projects involving building automation systems, utility monitoring, and energy conservation. Doug uses his passion for sustainability to guide Watershed’s strategic course.
Sam van Berkel, MASc, CMVP, P.Eng
Sam has both a Bachelor and Master of Applied Science and is a licensed Professional Engineer. His expertise in building science, energy analysis and building automation provides valuable insight into how buildings can achieve their full energy potential. His creativity has led to the implementation of numerous successful water and energy conservation programs in the multi-residential sector.
Jingli (Fred) Zhang, BSc
Energy Monitoring Technician
Jingli has extensive experience with electrical and telecommunications systems. His experience with computer engineering and monitoring systems allows Watershed to track and analyze utility data in effective and efficient ways.
Lindsay McKeeman, BES, cert. UE
With a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and a certificate in Urban Ecology, Lindsay's passion for sustainable cities has provided a foundation for the success of Watershed's conservation programs. Her focus on sustainability and solid grounding in sales and management provide the critical link between the application of Watershed's technologies and the successful integration of our projects in the communities we work in.
Michael Nogas, BSc
Building Energy EIT
Michael's experience in electrical engineering, computer science, and data analytics drives Watershed's goal of increasing environmental sustainability in the built environment. With his aim on socially responsible design, he is helping Watershed reduce the environmental footprint of Toronto's skyline.
Amanda strives to make our customer's properties more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. She has an Advanced Diploma in Energy Systems, extensive knowledge of building science, and hands on experience with mechanical systems which enable her to implement Watershed's detailed system designs in order to improve building function and comfort.
